Econ are a legal authorised operator of digital jukeboxes for bars and cafes in Spain. If your jukebox does not display a license certificate on the outside of the jukebox within 4 to 5 weeks of it being installed in your business then it probably is not supplied by a legal jukebox operator. We supply regular music updates and our jukeboxes have a 'request a track' option where your customers can request a track to be added to your jukebox if it is not already there.
A standard library on our jukeboxes starts at 11,000 tracks. We take care of the 'Artistic rights payments' paperwork for any music added to the jukebox on a monthly basis, the cost of the update is covered from the jukebox earnings.
Spain is catching up with EU regulations, make sure your jukebox is supplied from an operator with an AGEDI contract 'ask to see it' and that the jukebox has a license certificate 'similar to a fruit machine license', pireting music in Spain is now a serious offence under Spanish law, don't take chances, if you want a jukebox in your bar be covered and legal with an ECON digital jukebox. |
